The orbital subperiosteal abscess and orbital cellulitis are ocular emergency because it may cause blindness and lead to life-threatening complication such as carvernous sinus thrombosis, meningitis, and brain abscess. A 50 years old female
patient
with
periorbital cellulitis and orbital subperiosteal abscess is sucessfully treated with endoscopic operation.
